Features
Everything below works today. What is still in development is listed separately on the homepage — not mixed in here.
The logbook
Timeline per car
Every service with date, odometer reading, category and cost, in chronological order. Several cars per account.
Receipts and invoices
A photo or PDF attached to an entry. The files are private and follow the owner of the car — including after a transfer.
Cost insight
What you spend per year and per category, and what a kilometre costs you on average.
Reminders
Set when the next service is due, by odometer reading or by date. You then see “Coming up” or “Overdue” by itself.
Entering without the fuss
Registration lookup
Make, model, year and fuel type come from the open RDW register. You only type your registration.
Scanning part numbers
Scan the barcode on the packaging with your camera. Milestamp looks the code up in a catalogue that users fill in themselves, and shows how many people have confirmed that entry — never silently, always your choice.
Importing from a spreadsheet
Kept it in Excel until now? Move it across in one go as a CSV.
Works as an app on your phone
Milestamp is a web app you can add to your home screen. No store, no install, but an icon of its own.
Proof and transfer
Garage stamps
Participating garages write straight into your logbook. Those entries carry their stamp and cannot be changed by you.
Share link for the buyer
A read-only view of your logbook, with no account needed by the recipient. Revocable at any moment.
PDF and CSV export
The full report as a printable PDF, or the raw entries as a CSV for a spreadsheet.
Transfer with a code
The car moves to its new owner, history and all. Old share links stop working at that same moment.
Practical
Dutch and English
The app is fully bilingual, including the PDF report and shared links. Whoever opens your link picks their own language.
Kilometres or miles
To switch over if the car came from abroad.
Free
The logbook costs nothing, and for garages joining and stamping is free too.
The feature that makes the difference when you sell is the garage stamp. Proof sets out exactly how one comes about and why a buyer can rely on it.
