Digital maintenance logbook
Your car's maintenance, provable.
Keeping track is easy enough in a spreadsheet. The problem only shows up when you sell: a list you typed yourself is not proof to a buyer. Milestamp lets your garage stamp the service — and that stamp travels with the car when it changes hands.
No payment details needed. Your logbook stays yours.
In three steps
- 01
Add your car
Enter the registration; make, model and year come from the register held by the RDW, the Dutch vehicle authority. Then add what you have: invoices, receipts, whatever you know.
- 02
Have your garage stamp it
A garage signed up with Milestamp writes the service straight into your logbook. That entry carries the garage’s stamp, and you cannot change it.
- 03
Hand it over when you sell
A share link for the buyer, a PDF for the folder, and a transfer code that moves the entire logbook to the new owner.
Why a stamp actually counts
In a paper service book, anyone can add a stamp. In Milestamp they cannot. A garage only enters the register once its RDW accreditation has been checked, and an entry it writes can no longer be edited by the owner of the car.
The report a buyer sees makes that difference visible: which entries come from a verified garage, and which the owner entered themselves. Both belong there — but nobody has to guess which is which.

Importing APK history automatically
The RDW publishes every APK inspection — the Dutch annual roadworthiness test — since 2017, including the points a car failed on. We want to drop those into your timeline the moment you add the car, so your logbook does not start out empty.

Warranty file
